Worship Leader
This is a part or full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is looking for a Worship Leader to lead the worship at our many campuses — creating space for people to connect with Jesus through music. This position leads weekly services, collaborates with worship and production teams, and cares for volunteers and campus attendees. The goal: to steward moments of encounter that resonate spiritually and emotionally.
Our Worship Leader is both artist and shepherd—talented in music and passionate about worship culture. They’ll coach vocalists and musicians, steward worship teams, and work seamlessly with production tech. With excellence and humility, this person brings creativity, preparation, and spiritual sensitivity to each service and rehearsal.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Thriving, healthy relationship with Jesus and love for people & worship
• Skilled musician (vocals/instrumentation)
• Experience leading worship in church environments
• Strong ability to recruit and develop teams
• Knowledge of worship technology and planning tools
• Organized, proactive, and team-focused
• Leads through conflict in a way that honors people
EXPECTATIONS
• Lead rehearsal, run-through, pre-service meeting, and service worship sets
• Collaborate with worship staff to choose songs, create setlists, and flow
• Recruit, schedule, and train vocalists and musicians
• Care for and meet regularly with volunteers
• Work with production to ensure excellent sound, lighting, media cues
• Cultivate healthy team culture and spiritual growth
• Attend planning meetings and incorporate teaching themes
• Run the play with excellence to ensure consistency across campuses
• Prepare special services (Christmas, Easter, special events, etc)
About Our Church
The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
