Connections Coordinator
This is a part or full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is looking for a Connections Coordinator at our next campus to help every person feel known, connected, and discipled. This role will bridge the gap between first-time guests and long-term followers through hospitality, follow-up, and intentional connection. They will execute systems that welcome and connect people into community and service.
Our Connections Coordinator is relational and strategic—loving people and guiding opportunities for them to engage. They will assist the Campus Pastor in caring for attendees by learning the names of all that attend, identifying next steps, and shepherding. This role will oversee guest follow-up, coordinate attendee next steps, and monitor progress of spiritual growth.

About Our Church
The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
