Campus Pastor
This is a full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is looking for a Campus Pastor for our next campus. We have a number of campuses that are exploding and we need to make room! The NW suburbs of Chicago is an area primed for growth and we’re asking God for someone who is ready to step in and lead this location into the future!
This Campus Pastor will thrive if they are able to embrace a relational and team-player attitude. Campus Pastors are expected to lead and shepherd the people at their location, preach once a month as part of the teaching team, strive for excellence in all aspects of the role, and remain teachable as they learn to teach others. This leader should also be passionate about reaching all people, both believer and unbeliever.

EXPECTATIONS
• Pastor the local congregation (care deeply for them!)
• Host services regularly (3x/mo) and preach monthly (1x/mo)
• Connect with the local community
• Lead within a fast and flexible work environment
• Provide vision and support for the campus staff and attendees
• Lead effective systems of follow-up and connection
• Oversee and supervise the operation and logistics of campus ministry
• Implement Bridge systems for all ministries at the campus
• Identify, recruit, and develop key ministry leaders and teams
• Provide leadership, input, and support to church-wide initiatives as needed
About Our Church
The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
