BRIDGE STUDENTS CAMPUS DIRECTOR
This is a part or full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is seeking a Student Ministry Director to lead Middle and High School ministries with leadership, energy, fun, and care at our next campus. This leader will create engaging environments where students connect with God, build community, and take next steps in their faith. They’ll execute weekly gatherings, events, groups, and discipleship opportunities.
Our ideal Student Ministry Director is a dynamic youth leader—relational, energetic, and spiritually grounded. They’ll recruit and develop adult leaders, design and execute weekly gatherings, communicate effectively, and partner with families to encourage spiritual growth. This role requires a collaborative, strategic leader committed to faith formation and culture-building in every season of adolescence.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Thriving, healthy relationship with Jesus and passion for teens
• Experience leading student ministries
• Gifted teacher with age-appropriate communication
• Strong in volunteer recruitment and training
• Skilled in event planning (retreats, mission trips)
• Track record of excellence in kids/youth programs
• High relational intelligence
• Leads through conflict in a way that honors people
EXPECTATIONS
• Collaborate with Student Min team to plan weekly gatherings and seasonal trips & events
• Lead weekly youth gatherings (middle & high school)
• Recruit, train, and empower adult leaders
• Communicate effectively with parents and volunteers
• Lead effective systems of follow-up, connection, and discipleship
• Oversee safety, logistics, and student care systems
• Partner with church-wide initiatives as needed
About Our Church
The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
