BRIDGE KIDS CAMPUS DIRECTOR
This is a part or full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is in search of a Bridge Kids Director to lead our Bridge Kids ministry at our next campus—from birth through 5th grade. This leader will work alongside the Bridge Kids team to develop and execute vibrant, age-appropriate programming, cultivate loving environments, and ensure safety and fun for kids and families alike. They’ll cast vision, equip volunteers, and build engaging weekend experiences.
Our Bridge Kids Director is passionate about shaping foundational faith in children. They’ll lead creative curricula, design experiences tailored for various ages, and partner with parents in spiritual discipleship. This role demands excellence and warmth, combining administrative savvy, volunteer development, and deep care for families.

EXPECTATIONS
• Lead weekend Bridge Kids programming and volunteer teams
• Collaborate on curriculum and planning Bible-story experiences
• Organize seasonal events (VBS, Family Fest)
• Ensure check-in, safety, and volunteer systems
• Recruit, train, and equip children’s volunteers
• Partner with parents for spiritual growth at home
• Track attendance, oversee supplies, and manage logistics

The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
