My Motivation
I love investing my life into the next generation of the church. Getting to be a part of helping them know God and teaching them what that looks like is a huge part of what motivates me.
My Background
Me and my wife, Sarah, have three kids (two boys and one girl). Before coming to The Bridge, I served as the Family and Youth Pastor for twelve years at a church in Chicago. I’ve taught youth ministry courses as an adjunct professor at my alma mater, Moody Bible Institute.
My Spiritual Journey
I grew up in a Christian home, and my mom was a huge part of me coming to know God. As I grew up, I learned more and more about what it meant to follow Christ. In high school I attended a youth conference that really helped me take my faith more seriously. From that point on, and still today, my dad has been a huge part of my growth as a Christian.
One More Thing
I love spending time in Chicago. My favorite place in the city is the United Center to watch the Bulls.
