Campus Coordinator
This is a part or full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is hiring a Campus Coordinator to execute the day-to-day campus operations for our next campus. This role is responsible for administering the campus, assisting the Campus Pastor, and connecting people to the campus. They’ll translate vision into action by preparing for weekend services, coordinating campus events and logistics, developing and scheduling volunteer teams, and caring for individuals who attend the campus and helping them get connected.
Our ideal Campus Coordinator thrives in operations and people-focused work. They’ll build strong relationships with volunteers, carry out a service-minded culture, and bring excellent organizational skills. From scheduling teams to managing our campus systems, this leader keeps all moving parts aligned across all the ministries of the campus.

EXPECTATIONS
• Care for attendees and help them get connected
• Support Campus Pastor in preparing for and managing the building, campus volunteers, weekend services, and special events/services
• Ensure systems (follow-up, communications, logistics, etc) run smoothly
• Process and track campus data from weekend services
• Connect people to appropriate serving positions, resources, process queues, etc.
• Manage campus database
About Our Church
The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
