associate Pastor
This is a full-time ministry position at The Bridge Community Church.
The Bridge is seeking an Associate Pastor to serve alongside our Campus Pastors, strengthening our church’s vision and expanding our reach. This leader will partner in shepherding our community, helping amplify our mission across ministries, and enabling deeper impact throughout their campus and beyond. They’ll support ministries at the campus, care deeply for people, and become a trusted spiritual and operational right-hand to help lead us into the future.
The ideal Associate Pastor will thrive in a multi-faceted role—leading small groups, supporting staff initiatives, and building the campus. Ministry here calls for grace, dynamism, and a desire to multiply leaders. Whether coaching volunteer teams, providing pastoral care, or facilitating community outreach, this person brings excellence, authenticity, and a teachable spirit to every task.

• Champion church-wide teaching, strategy, and vision
About Our Church
The Bridge Community Church is a growing church of 3,000+ people at four locations across the Chicagoland area. We exist to see people connect with God, with people, and with each other. We are a church focused on reaching the lost and providing practical and Biblical applications for people at all stages in their walk with God. We have grown to 50+ staff in the last few years and have maintained a strong, fun, and well-defined staff culture over the years.
Our mission is to bring back the neighborhood church. We seek to spread out in our communities and inspire men, women, and children to meet Christ and grow their faith.
