I. WORSHIP SERVICE

THE PLAN
This will be very comparable to Ravinia. It allows the highest level of safety for you and your family. If desired, you can do this entire event
without ever touching anything or anyone.

1. Arrive at camp (starting at 4:00p).
2. Park your car.
3. Unload your blanket, chairs, dinner, etc.
4. Walk to field where service takes place. Golf cart rides will be available for elderly (if needed).
5. Set up your chair/blanket and enjoy the beauty!
6. Service begins at 5:00p.
7. When service ends at 6:15p, head to your car and head home.
8. Or...if desired, stay after and have dinner and explore camp.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
As mentioned above, you can do this entire live service event without touching anything or anyone.

A few obvious things to highlight:
Social Distancing - We will all keep our distance; no hugs OR handshakes.
Blanket Distance - Blankets/chairs will be spread out at least 6 ft apart.
Hand sanitizer - Available near buildings, but we recommend you bring your own if desired.
Washing Hands - There are bathrooms near the field.
Bathrooms - These will be cleaned constantly throughout the day.
The Great Outdoors - Being outside helps a ton; 125+ acres should suffice!
Masks - In Wisconsin, masks are not required; please do whatever you prefer.

Please...let's do this right. No matter what your personal comfort level may be, let's respect each other and selflessly protect each other. Wisconsin allows more choices than Illinois, but let's not impose our choices on others.

Hand sanitizer (if desired)

ACTIVITIES
After the service, camp will be open to walk around and explore! The canteen will be open. Some activities will be open, including the jumping pillow, gym, volleyball courts, and others. Plus, we'll have campfires lit around the camp.

Social distancing and cleaning procedures will stay in place following the service.

FOOD OPTIONS
There are a few dinner options:

1. Bring a packed dinner with you! Eat Ravinia style. PLEASE don't share with others.
2. Stop at one of the many restaurants or drive-thrus en route.
3. If purchasing a day pass, you may also purchase a meal plan for $10 (lunch & dinner).

BRIDGE KIDS
We will offer Bridge Kids for 2 yrs old - 5th grade. All classes will be outside throughout the entire service. We have great activities and teaching planned that will allow social distancing and safety.

Bridge Kids is optional.
You do not have to use it. You may absolutely keep your child with you on your blanket. However, we ask that you keep them from running around both before and during the service. This will greatly help with social distancing and protecting everyone there. So bring something to occupy them. Headphones are a good idea :).

Bridge Kids check-in will take place at 4:45p near the main field. Parents are asked to stay with their children until they depart for their specific location at 5:00p.
